and Returns Policy
- Eligibility:
You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. To
be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Exclusions:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used
cosmetics, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at

return shipping label if applicable.
- Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the
refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different shade or product,
please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be unopened
and in their original condition.
- Process:
To exchange an item, reach out to our customer service, and we’ll assist
you with the exchange process.
- Shipping
Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with
returns and exchanges, unless the return is due to an error on our part or
a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact
us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund
at no additional cost.
